2025년 사랑의 연탄 모으기 운동, 11월1일부터 3개월 간 집중 모금

양평군이 취약계층 주민들이 따뜻한 겨울을 보낼 수 있도록 11월1일부터 1월31일까지 3개월 동안 ‘2025년 사랑의 연탄 모으기 운동’ 집중 모금 기간을 운영한다.
사랑의 연탄 모으기 운동은 동절기 난방비 부담으로 어려움을 겪는 저소득 가구에게 연탄과 난방유, 난방용품 등을 지원하는 사업으로 지난해 주민과 기관·단체의 적극적인 참여로 2억2천만 원 상당의 성금과 물품이 모여 1,233가구에 지원됐다.
군 관계자는 “추운 계절이 다가올수록 어려운 이웃들의 걱정은 내려가는 수은주 만큼이나 깊어진다”며 “군민 한 분 한 분의 참여가 모여 더 큰 온기를 만들 수 있는 만큼 많은 관심과 참여를 당부드린다”고 말했다.
한편 모금된 성금과 물품은 경기사회복지공동모금회를 통해 양평군에 배분되며, 기부한 성금과 물품에 대해서는 기부금 영수증이 발행돼 연말정산 시 소득공제 혜택을 받을 수 있다. 관련 문의는 양평군청 복지정책과(031-770-2294)로 하면 된다.
